JL Audio 250/1 1-Channel Car Amp

JL Audio 250/1 1-Channel Car Amp

JL Audio Slash Series 250/1 - Amplifier - 1-channel

Product Review

Do you want a stereo that slams? How about a stereo that shakes everything around it? If you want either one of these, then JL Audio amps are one of the best choices to complete this hard task.

Very nice amp. I have these powering a pair of old JL Audio 10W1 subs. I have the gain set at around 45%. Very loud, clean sound. The bass is deep & focused. No distortion even at loud volumes. Also the amp doesn't even really get hot. After pounding some tunes for an hour straight the heatsink.

First off, I actually paid the $400 that it retails for in stores. If you ask me, that's a lot to pay for a 300 watt amplifier. Even though it's rated at 250 watts, I say 300 watts because JL Audio rates their amplifiers conservatively and at 12.5 volts. What you might find with other amplifiers is.

Rockford Fosgate Power 360.2 Car Amp

Rockford Fosgate Power 360.2 Car Amp

Rockford Fosgate. Its a full sentence. It means POWER! It means ATTITUDE! Since 1973, when founder Jim Fosgate put his name on the first real piece of high performance audio equipment built for the car, nothing has been the same.

Product Review

Rockford Fosgate has always made some of the best available amplifiers in the car audio industry. Although I personally liked the old Rockford better (prior to the introduction of their head unit line to be exact) RF still offers extremely high quality circuitry and componentry and their incredible.

I own two Rockford Fosgate Punch series amplifiers. I use a 200^4 and a 360^2. The 200 powers my midranges and tweeters while the 360 powers my 3 JBL 10" subwoofers. This amplifier performs above and beyond. It has the legendary reliability that one would expect from a Rockford Fosgate amplifier.

As with all Rockford amps, this one is under rated. It claims 360 watts RMS when bridged, but most all of the birth sheets that come with them show a real out put of 450-530 watts RMS. That means you are getting free power!

Product Review

At first I thought this would be another over-rated bass amp, making claims of "thousands of watts" only to find that those dynamic ratings are WAY over-stated, which means I over-paid and was left under-powered and unimpressed.

I bought this amp for my 2 RF 12's, I installed this amp in no time and I was flipping coins on the trunk of my BMW 7 series in no time. I competed with my friend who has 3 10's with a different brand of amp, and I would like to say that the power from the amp made a loud enough boom to shake.

this amplifier is a SUPER nice addition to the car stereo you already have that is sure to push almost any speaker with clean and precise sound. I have had a rockford fosgate amp as long as I've been driving and thats been over 9 years and I have loved it dearly and would never go back to those.

Driven by price, I chose to purchase this amplifier for my car system. I needed something strong enough to power my 12" Alpine Type S subwoofers, but I didn't feel like spending all the cash on a name. Big names like Rockford, Kenwood, and MTX want so much more money for this.

I have a Power Acoustik OV2-1200 amp I am currently using in my car. I have it running at 12 ohm with my JL 12w3 Dual 6 Ohm Voice Coil Subwoofer. I used a Power Acoustik before to power the sub, but upgraded my amp so I could add another sub. The look of this amp also makes it seem very.

This is my first amp and the only one I have used to date. It has powered every sub I have ever owned with ease. My newest sub (Kicker 15" CVR) Sounds great when hooked up to this amp. It looks brilliant, and the gains are very easy to play around with. Unless this thing blows i will never be.

A very good amplifier. Loud, clean, sound. No distortion at high volumes. Very good crossover. It has numbers to help you better even out the level between your mids & subs. Went from a MTX blue thunder rated at 4X40 to this. Can't say the difference is night & day more like night & twilight. My.

I have MB Quarts in the front and back. The JL AUDIO 300/4 amp is the best sounding amp you can get. The speakers jump out with clarity and definition. The warmth of piano can be felt. Stick definition from the ride cymbal almost penetrates to your brain... When dealing with JUST sound quality,

I've been a car audio buff for years and always had good experience with JL Audio subwoofers but never had one of their amplifiers. When I bought my last car I wanted to do it right and amplify the speakers as well as the subwoofer. I bought the 300/4 and was completely blown away with not only the.
